1. Content of the online offer
The author accepts no liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author relating to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information are generally excluded, unless the author can be proven to have acted with intent or gross negligence.
All offers are subject to change and without obligation. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without separate announcement or to discontinue publication temporarily or permanently.
Â
2. References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to third-party websites (hyperlinks) that are beyond the author’s scope of responsibility, liability would only apply if the author was aware of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for them to prevent the use of illegal content.
The author hereby expressly declares that no illegal content was identifiable on the linked pages at the time the links were set. The author has no influence whatsoever on the current and future design, content or authorship of the linked sites. Therefore, they hereby expressly dissociate themself from all content of all linked pages that were changed after the link was set. This statement applies to all links and references placed within the author’s own website as well as to third-party entries in guest books, discussion forums, link directories, mailing lists and all other forms of databases to which external write access is possible. Liability for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and in particular for damage resulting from the use or non-use of such information lies solely with the provider of the linked site, and not with the person who merely refers to the respective publication via links.
Â
3. Copyright and trademark law
In all publications, the author endeavours to observe the copyrights of the graphics, audio clips, video sequences and texts used; to use graphics, audio clips, video sequences and texts created by them; or to make use of license-free graphics, audio clips, video sequences and texts.
All brands and trademarks mentioned within the website and possibly protected by third parties are subject without restriction to the provisions of the respectively valid trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. The mere mention thereof does not imply that trademarks are not protected by third-party rights.
The copyright for published objects created by the author remains solely with the author of the pages. Any duplication or use of such graphics, audio clips, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the express consent of the author.
Â
4. Data protection
Protecting your data and protecting your privacy is extremely important to us. We therefore inform you below about the collection and use of personal data when you use our website.
Â
Anonymous data collection
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. We do not store any personal data in this context. In order to improve our services, we only analyse statistical data that cannot be traced back to you personally.
Â
Collection and processing when using the contact form
When using the contact form, we only collect personal data (individual information about the personal or factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person) to the extent provided by you. We will only use your email address to process your enquiry. Your data will then be deleted if you have not consented to further processing and use.
The use of contact data published in the legal notice or similar information such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers as well as email addresses by third parties for the purpose of sending information not expressly requested is not permitted. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action against the senders of spam email in the event of violations of this prohibition.
Â
Collection, processing and use of personal data
We collect personal data (individual information about the personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person) only to the extent provided by you.
The processing and use of your personal data takes place to fulfil and process your order and to process your enquiries.
Once the contract has been fully processed, all personal data will first be stored in compliance with tax and commercial law retention periods and then deleted after the deadline has expired, unless you have consented to further processing and use.
Â
Disclosure of personal data
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your express consent. The only exception to this are our service partners, who we need for executing the contractual relationship. In such cases, we strictly adhere to the requirements of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). The scope of data transmission is limited to a minimum.

Cookies
Our websites use cookies in several places. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and stored by your browser. They serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies also enable our systems to recognise your browser and offer you services. Cookies do not contain any personal data.
Â
Use of the remarketing or similar audiences function of Google Inc.
The provider uses the remarketing or similar audiences function of Google Inc. (‘Google’) on the website. This function enables the provider to target website visitors with advertising by displaying personalised, interest-based advertising for visitors to the provider’s website when they visit other websites in the Google Display network. Google uses cookies to analyse the use of the website, which forms the basis for the creation of interest-based advertisements. For this purpose, Google stores a small file with a sequence of numbers in the browsers of visitors to the website. This number is used to record visits to the website as well as anonymised data about the use of the website. No personal data of visitors to the website is stored. If you visit another website in the Google Display network, you will be shown advertisements that most likely take into account previously accessed product and information areas.
You can permanently deactivate the use of cookies by Google by following the link below and downloading and installing the plug-in provided there:
https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin?hl=de
Alternatively, you can deactivate the use of cookies by third parties by accessing the deactivation page of the Network Advertising Initiative at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and using the additional information on the opt-out specified there.
Further information on Google Remarketing and Google’s privacy policy can be found here: http://www.google.com/privacy/ads/
Â
Use of Google AdWords conversion tracking
We use the online advertising program Google AdWords and conversion tracking as part of Google AdWords. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; ‘Google’).
When you click on an ad placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is placed on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification.
If you visit certain web pages of our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google may recognise that you have clicked on the ad and been redirected to that page.
Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. This means that it is not possible for cookies to be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers.
The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Customers are informed of the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, you do not receive any information that can be used to identify users personally.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser to prevent the installation of cookies (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
Further information and Google’s privacy policy can be found here: http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses cookies – text files that are stored on your computer and enable your use of the website to be analysed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, Google will truncate your IP address within member states of the European Union or other signatory states to the agreement for the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services related to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software; however, please note that if you do so, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent Google from collecting and processing the data generated by the cookie relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link: [http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de].
Â
Use of Facebook plug-ins
These websites use plug-ins from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (‘Facebook’).
If you access websites on our website that have such a plug-in, a connection is established to the Facebook servers, and the plug-in is displayed on the website by sending a message to your browser. This transmits which of our websites you have visited to the Facebook server. If you are logged into Facebook as a user, Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. When using the plug-in functions (e.g. clicking the ‘Like’ button, submitting a comment), this information is also assigned to your Facebook account, which you can only prevent by logging out before using the plug-in.
If you do not want Facebook to associate the collected information directly with your Facebook profile, you must either log out of Facebook before visiting our site or block the loading of the Facebook plug-ins on our websites by using a Facebook blocker.
For more information on the collection and use of data by Facebook, your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook’s privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php
Â
Information, rectification, blocking and erasure of data
You have the right to information about your stored data free of charge at any time and the right to rectification, erasure or blocking. Contact us on request. You can find the contact details in our legal notice.
