Disclaimer

1. Content of the online offer
The author accepts no responsibility for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author relating to material or non-material damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect or incomplete information are excluded as a matter of principle, insofar as there is no demonstrable intentional or grossly negligent fault on the part of the author.
All offers are subject to change and non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire website without prior notice, or to cease publication temporarily or permanently.

2. References and links
In the case of direct or indirect references to external websites (hyperlinks) that lie outside the author’s area of responsibility, a liability obligation would only come into force if the author had knowledge of the content and it would be technically possible and reasonable for him to prevent use in the case of illegal content.
The author hereby expressly declares that at the time the links were created, no illegal content was discernible on the linked pages. The author has no influence on the current and future design, content or authorship of the linked pages. For this reason, the author hereby expressly distances himself from all content of all linked pages that have been changed after the link was created. This statement applies to all links and references set within the author’s own website as well as to third-party entries in guest books, discussion forums, link directories, mailing lists and all other forms of databases set up by the author to which external write access is possible. For illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and in particular for damages arising from the use or non-use of such information, the provider of the page to which reference is made shall be solely liable, and not the party who merely refers to the respective publication via links.

3. Copyright and trademark law
The author endeavours to observe the copyrights of the graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts used in all publications, to use graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts created by himself or to use licence-free graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts.
All brand names and trademarks mentioned on the website and possibly protected by third parties are subject without restriction to the provisions of the applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. The mere mention of a trademark does not mean that it is not protected by the rights of third parties!
The copyright for published objects created by the author himself remains solely with the author of the pages. Any duplication or use of objects such as diagrams, sounds or texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the author’s agreement.

4. Data protection
We attach great importance to protecting your data and safeguarding your privacy. Below we therefore inform you about the collection and use of personal data when using our website.

Anonymous data collection
You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. We do not store any personal data in this context. In order to improve our offer, we only evaluate statistical data that do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.

Collection and processing when using the contact form
When using the contact form, we collect personal data (individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person) only to the extent provided by you. We will only use your email address to process your request. Your data will then be deleted unless you have consented to further processing and use.

The use of contact data such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers as well as email addresses published in the imprint or comparable information by third parties for the purpose of sending information that has not been expressly requested is not permitted. We expressly reserve the right to take legal action against the senders of so-called spam mails in the event of violations of this prohibition.

Collection, processing and use of personal data
We collect personal data (individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person) only to the extent provided by you.
The processing and use of your personal data is carried out for the fulfilment and processing of your order as well as for the handling of your enquiries.
After the contract has been fully processed, all personal data will initially be stored, taking into account retention periods under tax and commercial law, and then deleted after expiry of the period, unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Disclosure of personal data
Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. The only exceptions to this are our service partners who we need to process the contractual relationship. In these cases, we strictly observe the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act. The scope of the data transfer is limited to a minimum.

Cookies
Our internet pages use so-called cookies in several places. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Furthermore, cookies enable our systems to recognise your browser and offer you services. Cookies do not contain any personal data.

Use of the remarketing or “similar target groups” function of Google Inc.
The provider uses the remarketing or “similar target groups” function of Google Inc. on the website. („Google“). Using this feature, the provider can target website visitors with advertising by serving personalised, interest-based ads to visitors to the provider’s website when they visit other websites in the Google Display Network. Google uses so-called cookies to carry out the analysis of website usage, which forms the basis for the creation of interest-based advertisements. For this purpose, Google stores a small file with a sequence of numbers in the browsers of the website visitors. This number is used to record visits to the website as well as anonymised data on the use of the website. No personal data of visitors to the website is stored. If you subsequently visit another website in the Google Display Network, you will be shown advertisements that are highly likely to take into account previously accessed product and information areas.
You can permanently deactivate the use of cookies by Google by following the link below and downloading and installing the plug-in provided there:
https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin?hl=de

Alternatively, you can disable the use of cookies by third parties by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative’s disable page at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and implement the further information on opting out mentioned there.
Further information on Google Remarketing and Google’s privacy policy can be found at: http://www.google.com/privacy/ads/

Use of Google Adwords Conversion Tracking
We use the online advertising programme “Google AdWords” and, as part of Google AdWords, conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; „Google“).
When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is placed on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification.
If you visit certain web pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognise that you have clicked on the ad and have been redirected to this page.
Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no possibility that cookies can be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers.
The information obtained with the help of the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted for conversion tracking. This tells clients the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information with which users can be personally identified.
If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies through a corresponding setting in your browser software (deactivation option). They will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.
Further information and Google’s privacy policy can be found at: http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

Use of Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. („Google“). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, in the event that IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be truncated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website operator. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) by Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link [http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de].

Use of Facebook plug-ins
This website uses plug-ins from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”).
If you call up Internet pages of our website that are provided with such a plug-in, a connection to the Facebook servers is established and the plug-in is displayed on the Internet page by informing your browser. This transmits to the Facebook server which of our Internet pages you have visited. If you are logged in as a Facebook member, Facebook will assign this information to your personal Facebook user account. When using the plug-in functions (e.g. clicking the “Like” button, submitting a comment), this information is also assigned to your Facebook account, which you can only prevent by logging out before using the plug-in.
If you do not want Facebook to assign the collected information directly to your Facebook profile, you must either log out of Facebook before visiting our site or block the loading of Facebook plug-ins on our websites by using a “Facebook blocker”.

For more information on the collection and use of data by Facebook, your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook’s privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php

Information, correction, blocking and deletion of data
You have the right to free information about your stored data at any time as well as the right to correction, deletion or blocking. Contact us if you wish. You can find the contact details in our imprint.

5. Legal validity of this disclaimer
This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the internet publication which you were referred from. If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
