He has over a decade of experience in auditing and consulting, with a particular focus since 2016 in working with leading mobility companies - always emphasizing holistic process optimizations along the entire value chain to enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
Before joining NEXTRAIL GmbH, he served as a Senior Manager at EY, specializing in CFO advisory, auditing, IPO readiness, and the strategic planning, design, and implementation of smart processes and controls across departments and the entire enterprise - successfully pioneering innovative digital strategies.
Anthony Reichey views digitalization, AI, and automation as more than tools for real-time train management, autonomous operation, and precise localization. For him, scalable digital solutions in railway operations are essential for sustainably enhancing resilience against Europe's significant demographic challenges, such as the shortage of skilled workers.
